2. Organize the workshop to complete the production plan on time and ensure the HPU of each product.

3. Achieve the annual, quarterly and monthly quality goals set by the department.

4. Strictly control the material loss and the consumption of individual auxiliary materials in the workshop.

5. Manage the labor discipline, attendance, operational safety and production efficiency of employees well.

6. Pay attention to the management of the production process, focus on details, and continuously improve every link of production. Any changes in materials and procedures that may cause batch problems must be personally confirmed and tracked.

7. Supervise employees to strictly follow the process requirements, analyze and investigate production issues, and track the improvement effects.

8. Proficient in using 6S, PDCA cycle, the seven Wastes and other means to manage workshop affairs.

9. Assist the human resources department in strengthening the training of employees and continuously improving their operational skills.

10. Cooperate with the project to clean and maintain the equipment in the workshop.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with over 5 years of workshop management experience;

2. Proficient in using office, capable of drawing tables and writing documents.

3. Proficient in applying management methods such as data collection and analysis, flowchart formulation, production line balancing, and PDCA;

4. Possess strong abilities to identify, analyze and solve problems;

5. Possess excellent execution ability and good communication, organizational and coordination skills.

1. Debugging of surface mount technology (SMT) machines, wave soldering machines, three-proof coating equipment, and automatic insertion machines to ensure the first-time pass rate of products;

2. Programming and debugging of surface mount technology (SMT), AOI, three-proof coating, and wave soldering;

3. Design of product fixtures;

4. Timely response and handling of production issues in the PCB section, and assist the quality department in analyzing and handling related problems in quality anomaly orders;

5. Process optimization and improvement from SMT to DIP, identification of quality risk points on the production line, timely reporting and correction, and proposal of corresponding improvement measures;

6. Provide relevant process support based on the manufacturability suggestions of the PCB section proposed by the product process engineer and the technical department.

7. Process design of PCB sections;

8. Cooperate with the process verification of SMT and DIP sections of the product, etc. Conduct relevant training for other personnel in the department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, electronics, instrumentation or related fields, with over five years of working experience in process technology

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the preparation of tender documents for power projects of State Grid, China Southern Power Grid and provincial power grids, including the integration of technical and commercial bids, to ensure that the content complies with the requirements of the tender documents.
